Music To My Senses ("we", "us") publishes electronic music content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Spotify, and sends an occasional email. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.
Your email address, and only if you type it into the form on this site. Nothing else. No name, no phone number, no payment details, no tracking profile.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party trackers on this website.
To send you the Music To My Senses email. That is the only reason. We do not sell, rent, share or trade your address, and we do not send anything on anyone else's behalf.
Your address is stored in our private Notion workspace and processed on our own infrastructure. If and when we begin sending email through an email service provider, that provider will process your address solely to deliver our email to you.
Until you ask us to remove it. There is an unsubscribe link in every email we send, and unsubscribing deletes the address rather than flagging it.
We operate our own accounts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and we use those platforms' official APIs to publish our own content to our own accounts on a schedule.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so. Since the only thing we hold is an email address, this is usually instant. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights and you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
This site and our email are not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
