These terms cover the website at musictomysenses.com and the Music To My Senses email. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
Music To My Senses is an independent electronic music project. We publish short video and curate playlists across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Spotify, and we send an occasional email covering track IDs, events and industry news. It is editorial content offered for free and for general interest.
Subscribing is free and voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will delete your address. We do not promise a fixed sending schedule, and we may change how often we send, pause, or stop entirely.
The Music To My Senses name, logo, written copy and original design are ours. Please do not reproduce them as your own or in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Music, video and images featured in our posts remain the property of their respective owners. We publish them editorially, with credit where the owner is known. If you own material we have featured and want it credited differently or taken down, email us and we will act on it promptly.
We try hard to get track IDs, artists, dates and event details right, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Even so, everything here is provided as-is, without warranty. Do not rely on it for ticketing, travel or purchasing decisions without checking the source.
We link out to Spotify, ticketing pages, artist pages and similar. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.
We build private software to schedule and publish our own content to our own social media accounts through official platform APIs. It is internal, is not a product, and is not offered or made available to anyone else. Nothing on this site is an offer of software or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or the email. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
